
The TESDA Driving NC II (National Certificate Level II) is a competency-based training program designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge, skills, and right attitude to safely and effectively operate light motor vehicles. These include vehicles classified under LTO restriction codes 1 and 2, such as cars, SUVs, and light delivery vans.
