DRIVING NC 2

The TESDA Driving NC II (National Certificate Level II) is a competency-based training program designed to equip individuals with the essential knowledge, skills, and right attitude to safely and effectively operate light motor vehicles. These include vehicles classified under LTO restriction codes 1 and 2, such as cars, SUVs, and light delivery vans.

This course includes both theoretical instruction and hands-on training, covering areas such as:

  • Basic vehicle operation and maintenance

  • Road safety and traffic rules

  • Defensive driving techniques

  • Route planning and trip management

  • Proper handling of passengers and cargo

  • Accident prevention and emergency procedures

Upon completion of the training and passing the TESDA assessment, graduates are awarded the Driving NC II Certificate, which is recognized nationwide and can be used as a requirement for employment or for applying for a professional driver’s license.
